Yes — recurring visits can move between weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly. Mention it in the quote form or whenever you’re in touch.

The booking desk is staffed Monday–Friday, 8:00–18:00, and Saturday, 9:00–16:00, closed Sunday. That’s when bookings are handled — not a promise about how quickly a visit itself can be scheduled.

Yes, by default — our own vacuum, mop, and cleaning products. If you’d rather we use products you provide, say so when you book.
