- No exterior windows above the second storey, no roof or eavestrough work.
- No biohazard, mould remediation, pest, or hoarding-level work.
- No appliance repair, plumbing, electrical, or any licensed trade work.
- No laundry or dishwashing except as an add-on you agree to in advance.
- No supply purchasing — you supply consumables, or we agree an add-on.
- No 24/7 or same-day promise of any kind.
